Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will be notified of any major changes.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your box.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
MIYO Box is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at joanna@mymiyo.com.
We may not be able to make changes once the package has shipped.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

MIYO Box is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Delivery issues due to incorrect addresses

If your package is lost or marked delivered but missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.


7. International Shipping

8. Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
